The most common complaint among criminal defendants and law firm clients in general is “I can’t reach my lawyer”. Ms. Greenberg is not always available – like other attorneys she may be on a call, in court or working on a case. But she will always get back to her clients as quickly as possible, and will honestly and straightforwardly explain if she won’t be able to do so as quickly as usual. She believes that the client and the case are inseparable – that no case can be handled without understanding her clients, their goals and what they are looking for from her representation. No two clients, and no two cases, are ever exactly the same. She and her team believe that an open, honest approach to representation is the best way of handling any case.

At Greenberg Law, we make an effort to handle each case with in-depth, personalized service, carefully reviewing all evidence, asking clients to provide evidence or clarify matters frequently, and do our best to treat every case individually. We are different from the volume firms in that our goal is not the largest number of cases, but to ensure that we are able to spend enough time with each case. We do this in order to ensure personalized and careful review of all evidence in the matter and to be sure we are taking the time to be sure we understand everything our clients are telling us so as to determine what we can best use to help our clients and what our clients can do to help themselves.
